Unit 4: Animation for digital Media

My E4 channel ident  

My channel ident is a basic E4 ident, the audience my ident is based on are for all types of ages and genders.
In my channel ident it starts with a blank purple page and then lots small 'E' that's from the E4 logo come from the left bottom corner of the page; moving slowly to the centre of the page all bunched up together. Once they reached the centre of the page they all the 'E' separate from each other and then they all moving around the page, then they all bunch back up together and slowly moving out of the page to the bottom left corner. once they've left the page it stays blank for a second then the E4 logo comes in from the bottom right corner of the page and into the centre of the page; it move around for a few seconds then it stays in the centre of the page.
In the animation process, what went well was taking the photos of the cut out animation and it was easy to do because my ident was a basic one, the obstacles that i had to overcome was trying to find an app on my ipad that i could use so i could film my cut out animation but once i found one it was easy to work it and create my cut out animation.
My final channel ident didn't really compare to my original concept because the one i originally wanted to do was to complicated to create and i never had that much time to create it in.
The editing process didn't go really well because it was hard to find a sound that went well with my ident animation  but i found one in the end but i wasn't what i really wanted but i didn't have enough time to find another sound that when with my ident animation.
overall on my final channel ident the strengths where drawing out my ideas on what i came up with and another strength was taking the photos of my cut out animation for my ident and i also enjoyed creating it. and the weakness of my ident is the i didn't have enough time it creating it and also i found it hard when it came to editing and adding the sound into the video of my ident.
If i could do my channel ident differently i would had taken more time to create it and i also would have found a better software that i could have edited it better and differently to how i have it now. i also would make sure that i would have completed it before the deadline was due so i wouldn't have to rush it to get it done and completed it all.
